In almost every industrial environment as well as different industries, when the weight of the equipment reaches more than one ton, the need for a overhead crane is immediately felt. As its name implies, the ceiling crane is installed on the ceiling of the hall and moves the loads in the length, width and height of the hall. In other words, the overhead crane is one of the most widely used materials handling equipment. There are many types of overhead cranes, and according to the needs of consumers, one of the types of overhead cranes is very practical and suitable. At a glance, overhead cranes can be divided into two main categories: double-bridge overhead cranes and single-bridge overhead cranes. . In the following, each of these categories is divided into two sub-categories based on the specific conditions of the installation hall, which are:
Overhead crane with two overhanging bridges and overhead crane with two hanging bridges and single overhanging overhead crane and single overhanging overhead crane.
Overhead crane is used to move cargo in warehouses and industrial halls. This crane usually has two parallel rails that are installed horizontally along the length of the hall and the crane moves in six directions on it. A crane is a device that is used in various types and capabilities to move heavy objects and objects. is used. A crane consists of a beam, a hook and a cable connected to it, which is used to lift objects and loads. A overhead crane is a type of crane that is used inside covered halls and silos. It is considered as the most suitable and best tool in these fields.
✳️ Types of Ceiling Crane ✳️
⭕️Double bridge
Use and advantages of double bridge overhead crane: Double bridge overhead cranes] are the best solution for moving materials in halls that require more opening and capacity. And with this type of cranes, you can use more height and with the suggestions of engineering and building the structure according to the standard and with low dead weight, you can also make the best use economically. Also, another advantage of this type of cranes is that despite the selected corridor in the body In addition to the ease of access and the possibility of repairing trolley parts, the crane also provides a suitable opportunity to repair and replace hall lamps, hall heating facilities and power lines.
⭕️single bridge
Application and advantages of single bridge overhead crane: single bridge overhead cranes] meet your demands with the highest quality and also by making the structure according to the standard and with dead weight It reduces your additional costs and this makes the pressure on the rails of the hall less and less cost is considered for the design of the shed building, and it includes the best design in terms of geometric dimensions and engineering parameters, as a result, with special movements that This type of crane will satisfy all your points.
⭕️Hanging
Usage and advantages of hanging crane: Hanging cranes are simply placed on the ceiling of the hall, so that if you have the possibility to install the columns and beams of the carriers you don't have, by using these types of cranes, you can meet your moving needs, so you can use the entrance space of the hall, inside the warehouse, and even the special points of the warehouse that are needed, to move your products more, at the same time, using this The type of cranes allows the lifting to be moved from one track to another track and rail, and as a result, access to the desired points is provided.
Overhead cranes that do not need a carrier beam are known as monorail in the industry and are designed and manufactured in two types, straight and curved.
